These terms apply to your use of elitelaptop.net, purchases from Elite Laptop, and messaging us on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram. By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

Products and prices

We aim to keep photos, specifications and prices accurate, but errors can happen and prices and availability may change without notice. The price confirmed in your order or invoice applies. We may cancel an order placed at a clearly wrong price and refund any amount paid.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once we contact you or send an order confirmation. We accept cash on delivery and card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through secure payment providers.

Delivery

We deliver within Palestine. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed for reasons outside our control. Please check your device on delivery.

Warranty and returns

Devices carry the warranty stated on your invoice or agreed with our team at purchase. For returns, exchanges or warranty claims, contact us with your order number. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram

• We message only people who contacted us first or asked to hear from us.
• Reply STOP (or إيقاف) at any time to stop promotional messages.
• Your provider may charge for data use.
• These platforms are also governed by Meta’s terms and policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or our messaging channels to send spam, abusive or illegal content, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, images and logos, belongs to Elite Laptop or its owners and may not be copied without permission. Product brands belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or our messaging services.
